Powell Loft

Contemporary loft

A 1300 sq. ft. loft built in 1908 remodeled into a contemporary space. New floors and custom staircase was built. The bathroom and kitchen were furnished with new cabinets, fixtures, and finishes. A new deck with large windows and double doors were installed at the second floor to enjoy the breathtaking views of San Francisco.
