Wine Down
Wine down. Drink up.
We teamed up with the owners of Wine Down prior to construction and began to scout properties for them. Once they decided on their location, we worked with them hand in hand on design and build out. We helped source materials to keep costs down and transformed a drab office space into a wonderful wine bar that now has a dedicated local following. We have continued our relationship with Wine Down and provide maintenance as needed.
